Associate or Professional Membership application

Before you submit your online application, please get ready the following:

• A recent passport sized photo
• Photocopies of relevant certificates and qualifications
• Endorsed Supplementary Proposer & Seconder Form by two eligible voting members. Supplementary form can be downloaded HERE
• For Professional Membership – a photocopy of your WSHO registration license
• Your Credit Card, PayPal, or PayNow details for Payment.

Corporate Membership application

For Corporate Membership Application, please get ready the following:

• A recent printout of your ACRA records
• Endorsed Supplementary Proposer & Seconder Form by two eligible voting members. Supplementary form can be downloaded HERE
